His creations have been featured on television and in industry magazines, and some have received awards in pastry competitions.<\/p><p>Modern market trends and demands, along with the everyday challenges of his profession, inspired him to develop and create PastryTech software.\n\nDesigned to be both user-friendly and an invaluable tool for professionals in their daily work, PastryTech
